Philadelphia House

Just a quick recap. We gutted a really large bathroom and divided it into two separate rooms one being the main bathroom in the house. We knocked down walls and built new walls to create a laundry room. We then renovated the main bedroom and en-suite, we gutted this area and installed a brand new beautiful bathroom with a walk in shower and beautiful sanitary ware and finishes.

From there we built new long windows on the side of the house in the loft area creating more light for this area, we removed a double door and installed new stack doors. We installed the loft railing and the spiral stair case. We then built a pergola on the outside front of the home and another pergola in the back area. We painted the interior and exterior of the home as well.
